Each party package includes admission for 8 children and 8 adults in a private, immersive theme room. If you’re expecting more than 16 guests, we recommend booking 2 party rooms together, and you’ll receive 30% off the second room! This allows everyone to enjoy more space and a better experience (Max capacity: 40 people)

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we follow fire safety regulations and kindly ask guests to stay within the capacity limit.

FOOD AND DRINKS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN THE PARTY ROOM, not in the play area.

Seating is limited, so parents can rotate seats or relax on the sofas outside.

We provide pizzas, pop, for the Galaxy Packages, with an add-on list available if you need extra food! Our pizza is catered by BowTie Pizza. You are also welcome to bring your own cake/cupcakes, as long as they are regular food without strong smells.

We require at least two weeks (14 full days) notice for cancellations to issue a full refund. For cancellations made within two weeks of the event, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.However, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year of your initial date with no additional penalty.

Yes, anyone visiting our facility for the first time must complete a waiver. You can conveniently fill it out online before your visit.

Yes! Grip socks are required for safety, hygiene, and comfort:

  1. Better Grip: Prevents slips and falls.
  2. Hygiene: Keeps the play area cleaner.
  3. Comfort: Adds cushioning for more enjoyable play.
  • No strong-smelling foods.
  • No open flames or heated foods.
  • We are not responsible for any food allergies—please check with your guests before bringing food.

Our party rooms are small, as we have prioritized creating more attractions for families to enjoy. To ensure fire safty compliance, we strictly adhere to occupancy limits for our party rooms. If your party exceeds 16 people, we recommend booking two rooms. You’ll receive 30% off the second room when you do.

You will have 90 minutes of private access to the party room, including setup and cleanup. Additionally, your group will enjoy a total of 150 minutes of playtime in our facility. 

Example Party Schedule:

If you book a party slot from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, here’s how it works:

  • 11:50 AM: Your group can arrive 10 minutes early to set things up
  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: The party room is reserved for your exclusive use. This includes time for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
  • 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: After the party room time ends, your group is welcome to continue playing until 2:30 PM.

This provides a total of 150 minutes for your group to enjoy at Cloud Land.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all party bookings. We offer multiple deposit options, and the quickest way is through our online booking system. 

Cloud Land is a 7,000 sq ft indoor playground designed for interactive play and learning. With a focus on quality experiences, we offer a variety of fun, educational activities that encourage parents and children to play and learn together. While our space is compact, we ensure a safe, engaging environment where creativity and fun take center stage!
Please note, we do not serve food and there are fewer seating areas because we want to encourage parents and children to interact and make the most of their time together!
